Our modern workshop in Neumarkt (Austria) and highly trained staff guarantee high-quality manufacturing of housing and shroud systems. Top quality: materials and processes

Simultaneous engineering of housing and machine ensures that the housing is able to take over important technical functions of the overall system. Especially when it comes to seal tightness, oil resistance, heat resistance or employee security well done housing development ensures the fulfilment of the requirements through drainage, air baffles, bonding or other design solutions that make our solutions more than practicable. Materials are chosen wisely: Depending on the requirements and design concept, we combine sheet metal, glass and plastics for the housing construction. This results in elegant surfaces, the right colour scheme and, ultimately, a housing solution that is as beautiful as it is functional. We put particular emphasis on machine accessibility, ergonomics and user-friendliness as well as safety and efficient operation.

Assembling & Logistics

We pre assemble in-house and the housing solutions are delivered just-in-time, because the fewer individual parts our customers receive, the easier and more profitable it is for them.
This also applies to the optimum production sequence. All necessary superstructures, installations and substructures are integrated ex works. This includes sound insulation mats, glass, panes, guides and brackets, opening cylinders, locking cylinders, switches, machine mounts, supporting structures, cables, lighting, sensors and safety technology. The housings and shrouds are delivered well secured and conveniently packed. Housing components with the highest requirements, such as shrouds for systems in semiconductor production, medical technology and the pharmaceutical sector, are assembled in our 24 m2 cleanroom cell. Assembly in a certified laboratory environment guarantees the required high-end quality (cleanroom: cleanroom class 7, airlocks cleanroom class 8 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1).
