Laying the groundwork
for success

To avoid running empty miles – neither in industrial design nor in technical planning – we clarify strategic questions before the start of the actual development phase and in close consultation with the customer. Our project managers therefore assess all relevant aspects considering the entire product life cycle as for example required functions and operation’s environment, ergonomics, cycle time, cleaning, market and competition environment, assembly environment, emissions regulations, dismantling, circular economy and a lot more. The first rough concept consists of sketches and simple solids and serves as an initial point of reference for the industrial designers. At the same time, the concept provides key insights for the machine or housing architecture and the subsequent production steps.
